What counts as a small edit?
Small edits are changes to existing content: swapping a photo, updating text, prices, hours, phone or address, or adding an item to an existing list.
Not a small edit: creating a new page, adding a new section, adding a feature (booking, shop, members area) or redesigning the site. These structural changes may have an extra cost, always quoted before any work starts.
How does billing work?
The monthly fee is billed by card through Stripe. You can update your card or cancel from your dashboard. If a payment fails, we send reminders before anything changes; if it stays unpaid, the site is temporarily suspended and comes back online minutes after the payment is updated.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime and with no cancellation fee. When maintenance ends, the site goes offline at the end of the paid period. If you own a custom domain, it stays yours.
Why is maintenance required?
A website needs a server, a valid SSL certificate and someone watching it to stay online and secure. Bundling everything into one monthly fee keeps the upfront price low ($197 for Starter) and means you never have to deal with hosting panels or renewals.
