Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is YourSite24h (yoursite24h.com). You can reach us at support@yoursite24h.com. This Policy is designed to meet the requirements of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), as well as other applicable privacy laws.
2. Data we collect
When you sign up: your name, email and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), or basic profile data if you sign in with Google or a magic link. In the briefing: your name, email, optional phone number, business details, city or address, services, social media links, visual preferences and files you upload, such as your logo and photos. Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details, only the status, amount and transaction identifiers. We also collect technical access data and use essential session cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to create your account, perform our contract with you (build and deliver your website), process payments, provide support and comply with legal obligations. Where required, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests (such as security and fraud prevention), legal obligation and, where applicable, your consent.
4. Sharing
We share data with Stripe (payment processing) and with the hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers needed to run the service. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Leads from client websites
When a visitor fills out the contact form on a client's website, we process that data (name, contact details, message, form fields, source page, campaign parameters, user agent and an irreversible hash of the IP address — never the IP itself) as a processor / service provider on behalf of the client, who is the controller. We use it only to deliver the inquiry to the client by email and in the Leads area, and to prevent spam and abuse. Leads are stored for 12 months from receipt and then deleted; the client can export them or request deletion earlier.
6. "Contact us" form and website chat
When you use the "Contact us" form on yoursite24h.com (including through the automated chat assistant), we process your name, email, profession or business, city, your message (if any), the source page, campaign parameters, user agent and an irreversible hash of your IP address. We are the controller of this data and use it, based on your consent (recorded with the date and version of this Policy), only to reply to your message by email, send at most one follow-up reminder, and prevent spam and abuse. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@yoursite24h.com. These contacts are stored for 12 months and then deleted. The chat answers only with pre-written responses and does not store conversations.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to establish or defend legal claims. After that, data is deleted or anonymized. Leads from client websites are kept for 12 months (see section 5), and contacts from the yoursite24h.com form are too (see section 6).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (GDPR / UK GDPR). California residents may also request to know, delete and correct their personal information and opt out of its sale or sharing (CCPA/CPRA); we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers and security
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful loss or disclosure.
