What do I need to share in the briefing?
The briefing is an online form. It asks for:
- What you do: services, specialties and who your customers are;
- How customers reach you: the email address that receives contact form messages and, optionally, a phone number for the click-to-call button (and a WhatsApp chat button if you want one);
- Visual identity: your logo (if you have one), preferred colors and websites you like as a reference;
- Copy and photos: you don't need to arrive with finished copy. The briefing asks about what you do, your services, what sets you apart and a bit of your story, and we write the site text from your answers. For photos, you can send your own, ask for stock images, or mix both.
If you don't have a logo yet, you can add the Logo & brand kit for $99: a custom logo, PNG and SVG versions, favicons and a PDF brand guide.
Important: the 24-hour clock only starts once your briefing is complete and your payment is approved. If essential information or material is missing, the clock pauses until you send it.
How can a website be built in 24 hours?
Three choices explain the speed:
- A proven foundation. We don't design a layout from scratch. We start from structures already tested for mobile, speed and basic SEO, then adapt everything to your colors, logo and services.
- AI in production. AI agents assemble the pages, copy and settings from your briefing.
- Human review before delivery. A real person checks content, links and the contact form before your link goes live. Support after delivery is also handled by people.

Can I request changes after the site is ready?
Yes. You get up to 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery for text, colors and images. Major structural changes or new features may cost extra, and we always tell you before. After that period, your monthly maintenance covers small text and photo updates.
How do domains work?
Every site launches on a free address like yourbusiness.yoursite24h.com. If you want an address of your own:
- .com or .net: we can register it for you through Cloudflare Registrar, with automatic renewal while your maintenance plan is active. You can ask for a transfer to your own name 60 days after registration (a Cloudflare/ICANN lock), at no charge from us.
- Other extensions (.co.uk, .ca, .org and more): you register the domain with the registrar of your choice and we connect it to your site.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting & maintenance is US$ 19/month, charged to your card through Stripe. It covers hosting, SSL, your subdomain or custom domain connection, email support and small updates. You can cancel anytime, with no penalty, by emailing support@yoursite24h.com or opening a ticket in your dashboard. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period.
