1. Who we are and what this covers
YourSite24h (yoursite24h.com) is a service that builds professional websites for small businesses and independent professionals. These Terms govern your purchase of a website-creation service under the plan you choose, and your use of our site and customer dashboard. You can reach us at support@yoursite24h.com.
2. Plans and payment
We offer the Starter (US$ 197), Professional (US$ 397) and Premium (US$ 797) plans. Prices and included features are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. The plan fee is a one-time payment. An optional Logo & brand kit add-on is available for US$ 99. All payments are made by card through Stripe Checkout, in US dollars. Every website includes a free subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.yoursite24h.com) with SSL; you can also connect a custom domain. Domain registration fees, if any, are charged separately. In addition to the plan fee, monthly hosting & maintenance applies, as described in section 3.
3. Hosting & maintenance and cancellation
Hosting & maintenance costs US$ 19/month on all plans and is required to keep your website online. It is billed monthly by card through Stripe as a subscription, starting when your website goes live. If a payment fails, we will email you reminders; after 7 days overdue your site is temporarily suspended and returns online automatically once payment is settled. Hosting & maintenance covers hosting, the SSL certificate, your subdomain (or custom domain connection), email support and small text and photo updates. You can cancel at any time, with no penalty, by emailing support@yoursite24h.com or by opening a ticket in the Support area of your dashboard. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for and is taken offline afterwards. Support is available while hosting & maintenance is active, on all plans.
4. Delivery time
Your website is delivered within 24 hours after we receive your completed briefing AND your payment is confirmed. The clock pauses while essential information or materials from you are missing.
5. Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of adjustments (text, colors and images) are included when requested within 7 days of delivery. Structural changes or new features may carry an additional cost, which we will always tell you about beforehand.
6. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, we will refund the full amount you paid for the plan when you request it within 7 days of delivery, by emailing support@yoursite24h.com.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
8. Responsibility for the materials you send
You confirm that you own or have the right to use the text, logos, photos and other materials you send us, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You are also responsible for making sure your website content complies with the rules that apply to your profession or industry (for example advertising rules for regulated professions). We are not liable for the misuse of third-party materials supplied by you.
9. Support and contact
Support is provided by email at support@yoursite24h.com and through the Support area of your customer dashboard. Support is available while monthly hosting & maintenance is active.
10. Custom domains
You can connect a domain you already own, or ask us to register one for you. If we register it, the fee is quoted before payment, and the domain is registered with you as the owner. We handle the setup and, while hosting & maintenance is active, help keep it connected. Registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered, because registries do not refund registrations. If a registration fails, we refund the domain fee. You can request a transfer of the domain to another provider at any time, subject to the standard registry transfer lock (usually 60 days after registration); we do not charge for the transfer, but the receiving provider may.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourSite24h is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
